Progetto Giovani CISL is a kind of laboratory of ideas and projects that aims to involve the younger generation in CISL's trade union activities and policies.

Information campaigns and training courses are organised for young people; a job centre is set up to help them find a job; alliances have been created with other youth associations with the aim of undertaking activities and paths together on issues of common interest; through the Confederation, youth demands are raised in all relevant institutional bodies (government, regions and local authorities).
