During the first day, EWC members were invited to the European Parliament (EP) to exchange with members of the institution (MEPs). The first panel dealt with the EP’s upcoming report on the revision of the EWC Directive and featured several shadow rapporteurs on stage. The second panel dealt with the upcoming negotiations on the Corporate Sustainable Due Diligence file.

The second day featured 4 different workshops on:
- EWC coordination with other levels of workers’ representation.
- A handy guide on litigation practices for EWCs.
- Corporate Sustainable Due Diligence & Corporate Sustainability Reporting
- EWCs & Board-level representation
