The German Trade Union Confederation (DGB) stressed the importance of the report given its crucial message to the Commission to come up with a framework Directive on information, consultation and participation as well as to stromger support EWCs.

In the press release, the DGB strongly calls on the European Commission as well as on the German government to react on democracy at work and safeguard workers' rights.
