We're excited to share with you a special documentary that we've been working on since 2022 under the Democracy at Work project. This film is a joint effort by the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), Syndex, and the Centre Video de Bruxelles (CVB), and it's all about bringing attention to the importance of corporate accountability & Democracy at Work.

The documentary focuses on the challenges faced by workers who are part of long subcontracting chains. Their stories visualize the tough reality they are dealing with every day and the cruelty of current business models, which are nothing else than a form of modern slavery.

This documentary isn't just about problems, though. It's also about solutions. We highlight how changing laws, like the CSDD law, can make a big difference for workers. By watching this film, you'll get a better understanding of why change is so important.
