ETUC recommendation on EMPL vote on the report on the proposal for amending Directive 2004/37/EC on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work (CMD4)

Honourable Members of the EMPL Committee, 

Ahead of tomorrow’s vote in the EMPL Committee on the report on the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2004/37/EC on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work, ETUC would like to convey its support to the following amendments and compromise amendments:

We would like to inform you that the following amendments are not aligned with the position of ETUC to improve the protection of workers against carcinogens and mutagens substances:

11, 12, JURI 1, 34, JURI 7, 4.
