The Youth Section seeks to improve employment conditions for young people. It also fights for broad access to public services for all. It strives for a fairer economy and society.

The section organises conferences, seminars and meetings. Every year, it also organises the Youth Forum, during which young members of NSZZ "Solidarność" meet and discuss the future of the Union. The Section strives for the implementation of demands by means of meetings with representatives of authorities and building alliances. It supports activities aimed at recruitment of new members.
